Saint Andrew’s Abbey

Saint Andrew’s Abbey is a spiritual home for retreatants and the monks who dedicate their lives to work and prayer here.

Saint Josephs Center

Provides working poor families, as well as homeless men, women, and children of all ages with the inner resources and tools to become productive, stable and self-supporting members of the community. Resources include; housing, mental health care, health care, employment resources, assistance in obtaining government aid if applicable, meals, food pantry, street outreach and short + long-term clinical needs.

Venice Family Clinic

Provides quality primary healthcare to those in need. Appointments made by phone if needed. Services offered: health care, dental, vision, psychiatry, counseling, substance use treatment, pharmacy services, HIV services and health education.

People’s Concern

Provides outreach/engagement, housing, mental health care, medical care, substance abuse services, domestic violence shelter, wellness & life skills programs, income assistance and at-risk youth shelter.

DivorceCare

DivorceCare’s life-changing support groups welcome people and guide them on the path of recovery after separation or divorce.

Natoinal Substance Abuse Helpline

National Substance Abuse Helpline’s National Helpline is a free, confidential, 24/7, 365-day-a-year treatment referral and information service (in English and Spanish) for individuals and families facing mental and/or substance use disorders.

The Bible Project

BibleProject is a nonprofit, crowdfunded organization that produces 100% free Bible videos, podcasts, blogs, classes, and educational Bible resources to help make the biblical story accessible to everyone everywhere.

Wright Institute Los Angeles

WILA — Low cost therapy from pre-licensed and student therapists

Safe Place for Youth

Provides critical resources and empowers young people to take control of their lives, supported by trauma-informed care, harm reduction and positive youth development.

Chrysalis

Job search training, employment assistance, resume help, interview preparation, fax/internet services and computer classes.

Salvation Army Santa Monica

Provides food assistance, youth programs, ministry, referrals (emergency housing, assisted living, centers for rehabilitation), rental assistance, utility assistance, Vacation Bible School, food & hygiene assistance, clothing/shoes, transportation assistance, life skills support and furniture for newly housed individuals.

Daniel’s Place Drop in Center

“Assists individuals aged 18-28 who are experiencing a mental health need and who may or may not be experiencing homelessness. Resources include: breakfast, support groups, psychiatry, therapy, case management (including housing) and employment assistance. “

Harvest Home

A residential program that serves homeless pregnant women and their babies. All women enter the program while pregnant, and stay on average between 3 to 6 months after the birth of their child. Resources consist of; care for child/children, case management/housing, therapy, classes and connections/referrals.

Westside Family Health Center

Provides family practice, STD testing, female health exams, prenatal care, childbirth classes, insurance enrollment and immunizations.

GriefShare

GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.

National Suicide Prevention Hotline

The Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals in the United States.
